1. Who we are

This store is operated by LIMONJEWELRY, S.L., Gran Vía de les Corts Catalanes 197, 8º A, 08014 Barcelona, Spain (NIF: B88945316). Lemon Jewelry is a brand of LIMONJEWELRY, S.L. These terms govern your use of the store and your purchases.

2. Orders

By placing an order you make an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is mispriced or out of stock), in which case any payment is refunded in full.

3. Prices & payment

Prices are shown in euros. Applicable taxes and any shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Available payment methods and delivery options are displayed there.

4. Delivery

We ship across the EU from Spain. Estimated dispatch and delivery times are set out on our shipping page. Risk passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns & right of withdrawal

You have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days, in addition to our returns process. See returns & exchanges for how to return an item and how refunds are issued. To withdraw, use the online withdrawal function or the model withdrawal form.

For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct return postage. For faulty or non-conforming goods, Lemon Jewelry covers all necessary costs, including return postage.

For withdrawal from the whole order, we refund the goods and the least expensive standard outbound delivery charge; extra charges for a faster delivery option are not refunded. Refunds use the original payment method, without undue delay and within 14 calendar days of your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return, whichever comes first.

6. Statutory guarantee

In Spain, new goods have a 3-year statutory guarantee of conformity from delivery. Lemon Jewelry is responsible for non-conformity present at delivery that becomes apparent during this period. Remedies are free of charge; this is not a promise that normal wear, misuse or accidental damage is covered.

7. Acceptable use & intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, branding) belongs to LIMONJEWELRY, S.L. or its licensors and may not be reused without permission. Please use the site lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt it.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our liability is limited to the value of your order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, and EU consumer protection rules apply where relevant. Contact us first about a complaint. Information about consumer dispute resolution bodies is available on the European Commission's Consumer Redress website.
