Who we are

LIMONJEWELRY, S.L. (“we”) operates this online store and is the data controller for personal data processed through it. Lemon Jewelry is a brand of LIMONJEWELRY, S.L. You can reach us at [email protected].

What data we collect

• Order & account data: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone (if provided), order history.
• Payment data: processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage & device data: collected via cookies and analytics only with your consent (see Cookies below).
• Newsletter data: if you subscribe, your email address and consent record (see Marketing emails below).

Why we use it & legal basis

• To process and deliver your orders and provide customer support — performance of a contract.
• To meet tax and accounting obligations — legal obligation.
• To analyse and improve our store and marketing — consent (which you can withdraw at any time).

Who we share it with

We share data only with providers that help us run the store: payment processing (Stripe), shipping carriers, and — with your consent — analytics providers (Google Analytics). These act as processors under appropriate agreements.

Marketing emails & newsletter

If you sign up to our newsletter, we use double opt-in: we send a confirmation email and only add you to our marketing list once you click to confirm. The legal basis is your consent. We send occasional emails about new products, offers and styling ideas.

Every marketing email contains a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time — this never affects your order or account emails. When you unsubscribe, we keep a minimal record of your email on a suppression list so we can honour your choice and not contact you again.

We may also send a reminder if you leave items in your basket (abandoned cart) and an invitation to review a product after it has been delivered. These too include an unsubscribe link and respect the suppression list. We do not sell or rent your email address to anyone.

Data retention

We keep order and invoicing data for as long as required by law (including tax retention periods) and account data while your account is active. Analytics data is retained according to the provider's settings.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. You may also withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in Spain, the AEPD).
