Size guide
How to measure for rings, bracelets, anklets and necklaces. When you're between two sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Rings
The most reliable way is to measure a ring that already fits you. Lay it flat and measure the inside diameter in millimetres, then match it to the chart below. Alternatively, wrap a strip of paper around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure that length as the inside circumference — that number is your EU size.
| EU size (mm) | Inside diameter (mm) | US | ES / IT / PL | UK |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 44 | 14.0 | 3 | 4 | F |
| 45 | 14.3 | 3.5 | 5 | G |
| 46 | 14.6 | ≈3.5 | 6 | ≈H |
| 47 | 15.0 | 4 | 7 | H |
| 48 | 15.3 | 4.5 | 8 | I |
| 49 | 15.6 | 5 | 9 | J |
| 50 | 15.9 | ≈5.5 | 10 | K |
| 51 | 16.2 | 5.5 | 11 | ≈L |
| 52 | 16.6 | 6 | 12 | L |

| 67 | 21.3 | 12 | 27 | X |
| 68 | 21.6 | 12.5 | 28 | Y |
| 69 | 22.0 | ≈12.5 | 29 | Z |
| 70 | 22.3 | 13 | 30 | ≈Z |
≈ = closest size, not an exact match. ES / IT / PL is the number used by Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Polish jewellers: the EU size minus 40.
Tip: measure at the end of the day when fingers are slightly larger, and avoid measuring when your hands are cold.
Bracelets & bangles
Measure your wrist snugly just below the wrist bone with a tape or a strip of paper. For a comfortable fit, choose a bracelet length about 1.5–2 cm larger than your wrist measurement.
| Fit | Wrist (cm) | Recommended length (cm) |
|---|---|---|
| Small | 14–15 | 16–16.5 |
| Medium | 15–16 | 17–17.5 |
| Large | 16–17 | 18–18.5 |
| Extra large | 17–18 | 19–19.5 |
Anklets
Measure around your ankle just above the ankle bone, then add roughly 2 cm for a comfortable drape.
| Fit | Ankle (cm) | Recommended length (cm) |
|---|---|---|
| Small | 20–21 | 23 |
| Medium | 22–23 | 25 |
| Large | 24–25 | 27 |
Necklace lengths
Necklace length is a matter of style and where you want it to sit. Use this as a guide for an average adult.
| Length | Where it sits |
|---|---|
| 40 cm | Choker — base of the neck |
| 45 cm | Princess — on the collarbone (most popular) |
| 50 cm | Just below the collarbone |
| 55–60 cm | Matinee — on the chest, layers beautifully |
